Tim David founded his personal injury law firm in 1988.  While working at a prominent Florida insurance defense firm, he became dissatisfied with defending insurance companies against claims of the injured.  With the desire to represent those who have suffered at the hands of others, he opened a personal injury office in Maitland to help victims of accidents, nursing home abuse and malpractice. Nearly twenty years later, Tim David and the personal injury firm of David Law Group, P.A. remains committed to defending the rights of individuals against insurance companies.
